Mandala Flow for Gratitude
Open to the healing power of gratitude. Inspired by the rooted and blooming grace of a lotus flower, this practice begins with hip and spine openers and builds into two full mandalas (circular flows). You'll move into balancing in tree pose, with the option to explore standing half lotus, and close with a moment of gratitude in savasana.
