Low Back Strengthening
Relieve low back tension from extended periods of sitting by strengthening your posterior chain—the muscles along the back of your body. You’ll create strength and length in your lower back as you engage your low back, glutes, and hamstrings in floor based backbends like cobra pose and a downward-facing dog variation.
Props: 1 Block (option), 1–2 blankets (optional)
